Why we built it (true story)
For weeks, our own website's contact form was silently broken — customers reached out, and every message vanished. No error, no warning. The day we put the business on one screen, the broken part showed up as a red light and we fixed it in an hour.
This system comes from running a real multi-brand business on Claude Code — dozens of automations, one operator. Every rule in it exists because the missing version cost us real money or real weeks. You get the version that already learned the hard lessons.
