- Stripe — payment processing. Stripe's privacy policy
- YouTube — some pages embed or link to YouTube. Using those features means YouTube's terms apply, including the Google Privacy Policy.
Cookies
This site uses cookies set by the analytics and advertising services above. They tell us how many people visited and which content held their attention. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work.
How we use your information
- To send you the specific material you asked for.
- To reply to your enquiry.
- To occasionally send related material, if you gave us your email. Every message has an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing takes effect immediately.
- To decide what to publish next, based on which content people actually found useful.
We do not sell your information. We do not rent it, trade it, or share it with advertisers. We share data only with the service providers listed above, strictly so they can perform their function, and only where legally required.
How long we keep it
Email addresses are kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them. Analytics data is retained on the standard schedules of the services above. Purchase records are kept as long as tax and accounting rules require.
Your rights
Wherever you live, you may ask us to show you what we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop emailing you. Email darkhorseautomations@gmail.com and we will action it within 30 days. You do not need to give a reason.
If you are in the EEA or UK, our lawful basis is your consent (for email) and legitimate interest (for basic analytics). If you are in California, we do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined by the CCPA/CPRA.
Children
This site is intended for business owners and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has given us information, email us and we will delete it.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS. Payment data never touches our servers. No system is perfectly secure, and we will not pretend otherwise — but we hold as little data as possible, which is the most effective protection available.
Changes
